Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Enjoy $5.95 flat rate shipping on all orders.  Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. 

How do I create an account?

Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner to create an account. You can also create an account at checkout.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can log in and change your account settings at any time. If you need to update your shipping address on an order that went out, please email us right away at [email protected].  We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be applied after an order is placed so please use correct information when making your purchase.  

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking code once your order has shipped. If for some reason, you do not, or you have a question on the status of your order, please email us at [email protected]

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No.  Your credit card information is not stored.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax is charged based on your shipping address.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship within the USA.  If you are outside of the United States, please contact us at [email protected] for a shipping quote.

Will my items come in one package?

Items are shipped in multiple packages so you receive each items as quickly as possible.

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee at The Best of Life.  Please email us at [email protected] with the return reason to start the process.  

I received the wrong item

We are so sorry!  Please email us your full name, order number, order date, and a photo of the incorrect item at [email protected].  We will get the issue resolved for you.

My order arrived damaged

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you would like to make changes to or try to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] with your full name, order number, order date, and your request to update or cancel.  We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be applied after an order is placed, but we will try our best.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

If you would like to pre order an item that is sold out, please email us at [email protected] with the name and ID of the item you are interested in.   We will contact you immediately when it becomes available.
